Villa Mauro, is not a farmhouse, but our country house that you will feel like yours, lying gently in the beautiful hills of the Marche, reserved, peaceful, quiet, immersed in the countryside lovingly cared for and worked by farmers attentive to traditions, friendly and genuine, with a wide view where you can admire the medieval centers nearby Mondolfo, San Costanzo and the village of Stacciola. Villa Mauro has just been renovated, respecting the architectural canons and using original materials, such as: bricks for the internal and external flooring, wooden beams and terracotta tiles for the attics.

The heating it is with radiators with gas boilerlarge outdoor flooring it allows you to relax, but also to have lunch, in the shade of a centuries-old mulberry tree. We also offer our guests a barbecue external parking spaces (three cars) are uncovered, but inside the property. In the summer the villa is equipped with a small pool outdoor area for children (diam. 3.60 m - height 0.60 m) placed at the side of the house. For shopping needs it is about 700 m. a small grocery store, while a shopping center is 4 km away.
The town of Mondolfo is 1 km away, while the town of San Costanzo is 2 km away. where you can find municipal offices, law enforcement agencies, post offices, banks, shops and supermarkets, typical restaurants with a wide range of genuine local cuisine.
