The Residence Avana in Senigallia, open all year round, is a quiet structure of 16 completely renovated two-room apartments. Located in the beautiful seafront of Senigallia, about 100m from the sea and near the historic center of Senigallia, the Residence Avana was renovated in 2005 and offers its guests maximum comfort thanks to a accurate air conditioning and soundproofing of the apartments. The residence has a common room, lift and every single unit has a private bathroom: summer and winter air conditioning, television, safe, hair dryer, refrigerator, microwave oven, crockery (plates, cutlery , pots, etc.), bed linen and towels; some two-room apartments have a balcony. One apartment is equipped for handicapped persons.

For the greater security of our guests and their stay, access to the residence and to each residential unit is controlled by means of a personalized electronic card.
